Booking terms.

Private massage, spa treatments and classes in Aruba, arranged by Aruba Your Way. Please read these terms before requesting your appointment.

Your request and confirmation

Choose your preferred start time in 15-minute increments, at least 24 hours in advance. All appointment times and cutoffs use Aruba time (UTC−4). Your selected time is a preference until our team confirms availability and the actual appointment details.

Saving a card and receiving a request acknowledgment do not confirm an appointment. We send a separate confirmation with the agreed time, location and arrangements. A contact message or price enquiry does not reserve a service.

Clear prices

Prices are in US dollars. The displayed total includes the selected service and 9% tax. Massage and spa treatments are priced per guest. Yoga and Pilates are priced per private class for groups of 1–4 or 5–10 guests. Classes with more than 10 guests require an agreed custom quote before card saving.

Card saving and payment

You save your card securely with Stripe while submitting your request. We do not charge your card or place an amount hold when you request an appointment. Your bank may ask you to authenticate the card.

Staff charges the agreed total 24 hours before your confirmed appointment. The charge appears under BRUMMELL AND FOGG LLC, the business behind Aruba Your Way. If your bank requires further authentication or payment fails, our team will contact you.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are free until 24 hours before your confirmed appointment. After that cutoff, cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. Time changes are not guaranteed: we will help when availability allows, but may be unable to accommodate a change.

If we cancel

If Aruba Your Way cancels your confirmed appointment or cannot provide the agreed service, you owe exactly $0. Any payment already collected will be refunded promptly and in full.

Your appointment details

Please provide accurate contact and property details, and arrange any access needed at your villa, condo or hotel. Your confirmation sets out the agreed service and arrangements. If you have a concern about whether a treatment is suitable for you, contact our team before booking; please do not include medical information in the website form.
