Aruba Massage & Spa is part of Aruba Your Way, operated by Brummell and Fogg LLC. This information covers the redesigned spa website and its appointment and contact forms.

Details you share

When you request an appointment, we collect your name, email, phone number, chosen service, guest count, preferred date and time, property and any note you choose to include. A contact enquiry collects your name, email and message. Please leave out medical information, full card numbers and card security codes.

How we use your information

We use these details to reply, check availability, arrange your service, keep appointment and payment records, and resolve problems. Relevant appointment details are shared with the team and service provider who need them to deliver your service. Sending a request or enquiry does not sign you up for marketing.

Our hosting, booking, email and payment providers process information needed to operate these services. Information may be processed outside your country. We also retain technical security records, which may include your IP address and browser information, to protect the forms and investigate failures.

Your card stays with Stripe

Stripe’s secure fields send your card details directly to Stripe. Our website and booking system do not receive your full card number or security code. We keep Stripe references, consent records and limited card details, such as brand and last four digits, so authorized staff can manage the agreed payment. Cookies and interrupted requests

The redesigned page uses essential session cookies and stores an opaque reference in your browser tab to recover an interrupted request or message. It does not store your form entries or card details in browser storage. Stripe may use its own cookies and similar technology for secure card saving and fraud prevention. We have not added advertising or analytics trackers to the redesigned page.

If a page is marked as a design preview, its forms do not send your entries. Administrator sandbox tests are separate from live requests. Other Aruba Your Way websites have their own information and settings.

Your records and choices

We retain appointment, payment and correspondence records for service, accounting, dispute resolution and applicable recordkeeping needs. To ask about your information, correct it or request deletion, email info@arubayourway.com. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for an existing obligation. Please do not email card details.
