Service and locations

Where do treatments take place?

Aruba Massage & Spa is part of Aruba Your Way. We bring private massage and spa treatments to villas, condos and hotel rooms throughout Aruba. Please provide your exact property details and check any permission needed for an outside therapist. The space must be suitable and accessible. Yoga and Pilates can be requested online for villas and condos; contact us about other locations. Your receipt or confirmation email tells you when your appointment is confirmed.

Can I arrange a class at a hotel or on the beach?

Please contact us before booking yoga or Pilates at a hotel, beach or another special location. We check instructor availability, the space and any necessary permissions before confirming. For a hotel or resort, check with the property that outside instructors are allowed and that a suitable area can be used. The online class form supports villas and condos; please don’t select a different property type to bypass this. Massage and spa treatments follow different rules: at hotels they take place in your private room, not on public beaches or in shared facilities.

Do you serve the whole island, and are there travel fees?

Yes. Massage and spa treatments are available throughout Aruba with no additional travel fee, including Savaneta, San Nicolas, Baby Beach and Cerro Colorado. Yoga and Pilates are also available island-wide, but southern locations may have an instructor travel fee. We confirm the amount with the assigned instructor and obtain your agreement before confirming the booking.

What should I check with my hotel?

Please check that your hotel allows an outside therapist to visit your private room. Treatments do not take place in shared hotel facilities or on the resort beach. You’ll normally meet the therapist in the lobby and accompany them through any key-card access; another accessible entrance can be agreed if the hotel permits it. If entry is refused, our team will review alternatives and the circumstances before deciding any charge.

What space and preparation do I need?

For massage or spa treatments, provide a private, accessible area with a flat, stable surface and enough room for the table and therapist to move comfortably. A bedroom, living room or suitable shaded terrace may work. Tell us if space is limited. We’ll check any treatment-specific needs, including water, shower or electricity requirements for wraps and scrubs. For yoga or Pilates, allow safe movement space for everyone and bring drinking water and an optional towel. Shade is recommended outdoors; without shade, an early class finishing around 9 am is preferable. Discuss the location with the instructor.

Do I need to provide equipment?

Spa therapists normally bring their tables, clean linens, towels, robes, products and equipment for the agreed treatment. You provide a suitable private space and access; we’ll confirm any treatment-specific facilities in advance. For yoga and Pilates, bring your own mats or arrange rentals. Instructors bring booked rentals, and Bali Retreat Aruba provides mats for staying guests. Please ask us about any special equipment before booking.

Can I have a treatment outdoors?

A shaded terrace, private garden or poolside area can work if it offers privacy, ventilation and a clean, dry, stable surface. Rain, strong wind, excessive heat, insects or disruptive noise may make it unsuitable. Please have an indoor alternative available in case conditions change or the therapist needs a safer, more comfortable setup.

What property and access details should I provide?

For a villa or condo, send the property name, address or map location, a reachable phone number and any gate, entrance or difficult-access instructions. For a hotel, provide the hotel and room details; you’ll normally meet the therapist in the lobby and accompany them to your room under the hotel’s visitor rules. Access details are shared only with the people who need them.

What if there are stairs or difficult access?

Tell us before booking about stairs, narrow entrances, an elevator outage or a long walk from parking. The assigned provider will check whether equipment can be brought in safely, whether assistance can be arranged or whether another space is preferable. Upstairs service and lifting help need advance confirmation.

Can you help if I’m visiting by cruise ship or have no suitable room?

Contact us before booking so we can check possible arrangements for a suitable private space. If you’re arriving by cruise ship, include your ship-return deadline. We cannot promise a partner venue, day room, walk-in spa or public-beach massage.

What if my property or access arrangements change?

Let us know promptly so we can review the space, access and any alternatives with the provider. If we cannot deliver the confirmed service, you owe nothing and any payment is refunded in full. Guest-side access problems are reviewed individually under the accepted cancellation terms; a refund or no-show charge is not automatic.

Booking and confirmation

When is my appointment confirmed?

Massage and spa visits can confirm instantly when one therapist can complete the treatments one after another, with at least 24 hours’ notice, starting at or after 7 am and finishing by 6 pm Aruba time. The maximum is eight treatment hours, arranged in blocks of no more than four hours, with a one-hour break between complete treatments when needed. Multiple therapists, longer or out-of-hours visits, special arrangements and any booking containing yoga or Pilates need manual confirmation, normally within 24 hours of booking. Last-minute requests must be arranged directly and confirmed before service. Your receipt or email states whether the visit is confirmed or awaiting confirmation. The time picker shows preferred times, not an individual therapist’s availability; a selected time, price or saved card alone does not confirm an appointment. Instant confirmation does not assign a named provider. Existing appointments keep the status and terms you received; a later website change does not reconfirm an earlier request.

How far ahead should I book?

Book early, especially for holidays or several guests. The website requires an exact rolling 24 hours’ notice, so not every time tomorrow will be available to select. For a same-day or less-than-24-hour request, contact us directly; it depends on availability and needs explicit confirmation and agreed payment arrangements before service. Future-stay bookings are welcome, and your agreed confirmed price is honored if menu prices later change.

Which time zone should I use?

All appointment dates, times and cutoffs use Aruba local time (UTC−4). Select your preferred start in 15-minute increments, such as 8:00, 8:15, 8:30 or 8:45. Your selected time remains a preference until the appointment is confirmed.

Can our group choose different services or durations?

Yes. Use “Add another treatment” to choose services, lengths and quantities for your group. Each online request has one property and one preferred start. For hands-on treatments, choose one therapist working one guest at a time or request multiple therapists together. Full Body and Hot Stone offer both 60- and 90-minute options. Our team can also coordinate a mix of consecutive and simultaneous treatments, subject to space and provider availability. Yoga and Pilates use different providers and always need manual confirmation, including mixed visits. We’ll confirm any coordinated schedule and expected visit duration.

How long will the whole visit take?

For an eligible one-therapist massage or spa visit, checkout shows the planned start and finish. It counts each guest’s treatments and adds a one-hour break when treatment time exceeds four hours. Each block must fit within four hours without interrupting a treatment; otherwise the team coordinates the schedule manually. A class lasts its booked duration regardless of participant count. With several providers, the elapsed visit time depends on the agreed schedule rather than the sum of everyone’s treatments.

Does an inquiry reserve an appointment?

No. A contact message or price inquiry does not reserve a service. An appointment needs a completed booking and an explicit confirmed receipt or confirmation email. Standard online requests include secure card saving. The team may occasionally arrange a last-minute reservation without a saved card, but only with explicit confirmation and agreed payment arrangements.

What do I need to make a booking?

Have your treatment choices, quantities, property details, preferred Aruba date and time, name, email and phone number ready. For several hands-on treatments, choose one therapist working consecutively or request multiple therapists together. Practical notes are welcome, but please leave medical information and card details out of free-text fields. Enter payment details only in the secure card fields.

What if my requested time, service or provider is unavailable?

Our team may offer an alternative time, treatment or provider. Any change to your confirmed service, timing or price needs your agreement. If we cannot provide the confirmed service and you do not accept an alternative, you owe nothing and any payment is refunded promptly and in full.

Can I book with help from the team or my concierge?

Yes. We can help by phone or email, or coordinate with a hotel concierge or travel agent. We’ll agree the arrangement and secure payment process. Please never send full card details or security codes by email or message.

Can I arrange a treatment as a gift?

Yes, you may arrange and pay for a treatment or class for another adult. Tell us if it is a surprise. The recipient must still personally consent to the treatment. Please contact us to arrange the details; this is not an offer of a gift-certificate product or an automatic discount.

Who can make a booking?

The person arranging and authorizing a booking must be at least 18. You may book for family or friends, but each participant must know about the arrangement and personally consent. Contact us before changing the person receiving a service. Requests involving minors need parent or guardian involvement and the provider’s suitability review.

Menu and prices

How much do massages cost?

Prices are per guest in US dollars, including 9% tax. Full Body: 60 minutes $163 or 90 minutes $218. Hot Stone: 60 minutes $190 or 90 minutes $245. Neck & Shoulders: 30 minutes $119. Combined Foot & Scalp: 45 minutes $136. These are the online menu options; your appointment requires confirmation.

How much do spa treatments cost?

Prices are per guest in US dollars, including 9% tax. Cleansing Facial: 60 minutes $158; Lifting Facial: 60 minutes $168. Wraps last 60 minutes: Volcanic Mud $147, Chocolate $141 or Aloe $136. Scrubs last 45 minutes: Cocoa & Coffee $136 or Sugar & Salt $130. Manicure: 45 minutes $103; Pedicure: 60 minutes $92. Ask us about specific products and treatment details before booking; your appointment requires confirmation.

What is included in the price?

Prices are in US dollars and include 9% tax. Massage and spa prices are per guest; yoga and Pilates prices are per private class, for 1–4 or 5–10 participants. Optional rented mats and any agreed southern yoga or Pilates travel fee are additional. Massage and spa have no travel fee anywhere on Aruba. There are no other extra fees; an additional treatment or custom arrangement must be quoted and agreed in advance. Tax-inclusive prices are rounded down per service, class or mat before quantities are added: two $136 Foot & Scalp treatments cost $272, and two $163 Full Body massages cost $326. Review your selected quantities and total before submitting.

What would a mixed-service booking cost?

For example, two 60-minute Full Body massages ($326), one combined Foot & Scalp treatment ($136) and a yoga class for five people ($201), with three rented mats ($15), total $678 including tax. This illustrates pricing; provider availability and any simultaneous schedule still need confirmation.

Classes and equipment

How much are yoga and Pilates classes?

A private yoga or mat Pilates class lasts 60 minutes and costs $158 for 1–4 participants or $201 for 5–10, including 9% tax. This is the price for the whole class. More than ten participants require an agreed custom quote before card saving, with space and instructor availability checked. Optional mats cost $5 each. Yoga mats can be selected online; arrange Pilates mats directly with our team. Bali Retreat Aruba provides mats for staying guests.

Do I need to bring a yoga or Pilates mat?

You may bring your own or rent a mat for $5 each, including tax, up to the number of participants. Instructors bring booked rentals. Yoga mat rental is available in the online form; please arrange Pilates mats with our team. Bali Retreat Aruba provides mats for staying guests at no extra charge. Blocks, straps and other props are not routinely included. Check with us before booking if you need extra mats, particular mat specifications or special equipment.

Do you offer reformer Pilates?

Our private Pilates classes use exercise mats, with adaptations for different experience and fitness levels. We do not offer reformer Pilates or classes requiring specialized exercise machines. Bring a mat or arrange rental with our team; mats are provided for guests staying at Bali Retreat Aruba.

Can beginners or guests with different abilities join the same class?

Yes. Because classes are private, instructors can adapt them for mixed experience and fitness levels. Tell us in advance about preferences or practical adaptations you need so the assigned instructor can discuss them and confirm what can be accommodated. If an injury or medical condition may affect exercise, consult your healthcare professional if you are unsure whether to participate. Please arrange sensitive suitability discussions privately rather than including medical details in the booking form.

How much space does a class need?

There must be enough room for everyone to move comfortably. A spacious living room, shaded terrace, poolside area or garden may work. Shade is recommended outdoors; if there is none, an early class ideally finishing around 9 am is preferable. Bali Retreat Aruba’s yoga pavilion comfortably fits about eight participants, with a maximum of ten plus the instructor. Its outdoor sand court may suit a larger group, subject to arrangements; early morning is strongly recommended because it is exposed to the sun. We’ll check the setting for your group and class.

Can I arrange recurring classes or a custom session?

Contact us with each date, time, location, service, duration and participant count. We can check recurring appointments, longer sessions, preferred styles and custom groups, agreeing availability and price for every visit. One booking or a note does not reserve a whole series, and a particular specialty, provider or recurring-booking discount is not guaranteed.

Cards and payment

When do I save my card and pay?

For a standard-priced appointment request, you save your card securely with Stripe during booking. Your bank may ask you to authenticate it. We do not charge your card or place an amount hold then. Staff charges the agreed total 24 hours before your confirmed appointment. If payment fails or further authentication is needed, our team contacts you. A saved card alone does not confirm an appointment, and a browser message alone does not establish that a request is paid or canceled.

What name will appear on my card statement?

The statement name is BRUMMELL AND FOGG LLC, the business behind Aruba Your Way. If a charge seems unfamiliar or incorrect, contact us with your booking reference and a brief description. Please do not send full card details.

Are tips required?

Tips are optional and appreciated, with no required percentage. If you wish, tip your provider directly in cash. Your agreed treatment total is the required amount; we do not offer tipping through the online card form.

What if my card is declined or I need another payment method?

Online booking securely saves a supported card through Stripe. If your card is declined or you need another payment method, contact info@arubayourway.com or +1 305 424 8326 before booking so we can check the available options. Alternative methods need confirmation.

Can our group split payment or use another payer?

Please contact us before booking to agree a supported arrangement and each payer’s secure consent. The online form does not offer split payments between cards. Never send card details in messages, including when someone else is paying for your appointment.

How do I update an expired or failed saved card?

If a saved card expires or payment needs attention, our team contacts you through your booking details with a secure update process. Please never email or message full card numbers or security codes.

Are there discounts or special packages?

Any special offer needs written confirmation of its terms. Repeat visits, several treatments, a group booking or a Bali Retreat stay do not automatically qualify for a discount. Contact us about a custom arrangement; please don’t assume a promotion, resident or child rate, package discount or gift certificate is available.

Can I get an itemized receipt, and how are refunds paid?

Ask us for an itemized receipt or company billing details if needed. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. We can confirm when a refund has been issued, but the time it takes to appear depends on your bank.

Privacy and information

Does your website receive my full card number?

No. Stripe’s secure fields send card details directly to Stripe. Our website and booking system do not receive the full card number or security code. We retain payment references, consent records and limited card details, such as brand and last four digits.

What should I include in messages or booking notes?

Include ordinary booking details, your reference, location pins and practical access information. Photos of the proposed space should not include people, documents or personal belongings. Please do not send full card details, security codes, ID documents or medical records through general email, forms or messages. Use the secure card fields for payment. Contact us first to agree a private route if sensitive information is genuinely needed.

Who uses my contact and appointment information?

We collect the details needed to answer inquiries and arrange your appointment. Relevant information is shared with the team and service provider who need it to deliver the service. Security records may include your IP address and browser information. Our privacy notice explains the hosting, booking, email and payment providers involved. Sensitive information requires separate guidance and is not shared with everyone.

Does an inquiry sign me up for marketing?

No. Sending an inquiry or appointment request does not sign you up for marketing. This website has not added advertising or analytics trackers. Stripe uses its own technology for secure card saving and fraud prevention.

How can I correct or delete my information?

Email info@arubayourway.com. We may need to verify your identity or retain records required for an existing obligation. Deletion is reviewed under our privacy notice rather than automatically removing every booking or payment record immediately.

Where can I read the booking terms and privacy notice?

You can read our booking terms at Booking terms and our privacy notice at Privacy notice. For an existing appointment, its agreed details and authorized changes apply; a later website edit does not automatically change your booking.

Changes, cancellation and refunds

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

Changes and cancellations are free until 24 hours before your confirmed appointment, using Aruba time. After that cutoff, cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. A time change may still be possible if availability allows, but it is not guaranteed. Contact our team with your booking reference; keep your existing confirmed arrangement until we agree a replacement.

How do I send a change or cancellation request?

Email info@arubayourway.com, call or WhatsApp +1 305 424 8326 with your booking reference and requested change or cancellation. The cutoff uses the time your request reaches an approved channel, not when staff reads it. A failed delivery cannot count as received. Keep our acknowledgment. Sensitive changes require authorization from the original booking contact. Your accepted terms and Aruba time apply.

What if you cancel or cannot provide the agreed service?

You owe nothing. If payment has already been collected, it will be refunded promptly and in full. This is separate from the guest cancellation policy.

What if illness or an emergency changes my plans?

Contact us promptly. Illness, injury, pregnancy-related suitability and family emergencies can be reviewed individually, using only necessary information. Your accepted cancellation terms remain the default, and an exception is not guaranteed.

What happens if the weather changes?

If an outdoor setting becomes unsuitable, we’ll discuss the agreed indoor backup or another safe arrangement. Material changes require your agreement. If we cancel or cannot provide the agreed service, you owe nothing and any payment is refunded in full. If you decline an available safe option, our team reviews the circumstances individually before deciding any charge or refund.

Can I change the pressure, skip an area or stop treatment?

Yes. Tell your therapist your preferred pressure and ask for adjustments at any time. You may keep clothing on, skip an area or stop. Your consent is respected immediately; stopping never depends on settling payment first. Tell the practitioner about discomfort straight away. Our team reviews any safety, quality or payment concern separately, without an automatic promise or denial of a refund.

Contact and communication

How can I contact your team?

Use our website contact form, email info@arubayourway.com, or call, WhatsApp or SMS +1 305 424 8326. Include your booking reference if you have one. We aim to answer ordinary inquiries within one business day and prioritize issues with today’s appointments. We do not promise 24/7 support. A reply to an inquiry is not appointment confirmation; check your booking’s explicit status. For an immediate emergency, contact emergency services rather than waiting for our reply.

What if my confirmation is missing or my request was interrupted?

Check Spam or Junk and the email address you entered. If the website offers recovery after an interrupted request, use it to check the outcome. It keeps an opaque request reference in the browser tab, not your form entries or card details. If you’re still unsure, contact us with your reference, name and appointment date before submitting again. A missing email does not mean the first request failed. We can check and resend details, with original-contact authorization for sensitive disclosures or changes.

Can you help if the website or card authentication is difficult to use?

Please contact us. Our team may be able to arrange an assisted card-payment route using a Stripe invoice link, depending on your situation. We cannot guarantee that this resolves every accessibility or bank-authentication issue. Never send card numbers or security codes by email or message.

Massage choices

Can I choose Swedish, deep tissue or another massage style?

Full Body Massage can use Swedish, deep tissue, oil, relaxation, sports-style or therapeutic-focused techniques at the same booked price. Discuss your pressure, style and focus preferences with the therapist before starting and throughout treatment. These are preferences within Full Body, not separate products. Pregnancy massage needs advance notice and practitioner suitability review. Other specialist or medical-condition requests also need review; medical or rehabilitation outcomes are not guaranteed. Manual lymphatic drainage and reflexology are not confirmed menu offerings.

Which areas does Full Body Massage cover?

Standard Full Body Massage covers the back, neck, shoulders, arms and legs. Chest and abdomen are excluded; face, scalp, feet and gluteal muscles are not routinely included. You may ask to focus on or avoid an included area, without a fixed time allocation for each area. The combined 45-minute Foot & Scalp treatment can be booked as a separate service. Unusual sensitive-area requests require advance professional review, consent and appropriate draping; they are not automatically included.

What changes between a 60- and 90-minute massage?

You receive more massage time: 60 or 90 minutes. The longer appointment does not automatically add body areas, products or a different technique.

What happens during Hot Stone Massage?

Hot Stone combines hands-on massage with warmed stones for 60 or 90 minutes. The longer option gives you more treatment time. Tell the therapist beforehand about heat or skin sensitivity. Stone use is adapted to your comfort and stops if uncomfortable. A switch to regular massage and any price difference need confirmation from the therapist and team, and your agreement.

What happens during Neck & Shoulders?

This 30-minute treatment costs $119 including tax and focuses on the neck, shoulders and upper back. It normally uses a massage table and oil. You can discuss remaining clothed or avoiding oil with the therapist. Request a seated chair arrangement in advance so the therapist can bring the chair.

Can I add time or change my treatment when the therapist arrives?

Ordinary Full Body technique and pressure preferences can be adjusted without a surcharge. Extra time depends on availability and an agreed price before it begins. Equipment-dependent treatments such as Hot Stone need advance arrangements; a different menu treatment and any price change need agreement with the provider and team. Bamboo Massage is not a confirmed offering. You may stop at any time. Ending early does not automatically reduce the price, and safety or quality concerns are reviewed individually.

Spa treatment details

How do Cleansing and Lifting Facials differ?

Both last 60 minutes. Cleansing Facial focuses on cleansing and refreshing the skin. Lifting Facial uses different techniques and products for a firmer-looking, refreshed appearance. These are nonmedical treatments, without permanent lifting or wrinkle-reduction guarantees. Ask us to confirm exact steps, products or device use with the provider before booking.

Can you remove or apply gel, acrylic or dip nails?

Regular nail polish can be removed. Gel and acrylic application or removal are not offered, so please arrange removal elsewhere before your appointment. Dip powder, nail art and particular colors or finishes are not confirmed offerings; contact us about a special request before booking.

Can I use my own products or request fragrance-free alternatives?

You may request either, but the assigned provider needs to confirm suitability and availability before the arrangement is finalized. Products vary between therapists. A substitution, acceptance of your own product or a price reduction is not guaranteed.

What preparation and aftercare should I follow?

Ask your practitioner for advice based on your actual treatment and products, including any plans for showering, swimming, sun exposure, makeup or hair washing. There is no single waiting period or routine for every service. For facials, a clean face without makeup is recommended; shaving is not required. Seek appropriate medical help for concerning or worsening reactions rather than waiting for a support reply.

Groups and visit scheduling

Can couples have massages together?

Yes, if there is enough space for two tables and two therapists are available. Multiple-therapist appointments need manual coordination and confirmation. You can also choose consecutive treatments with one therapist.

How large a group can you accommodate?

It depends on the property’s space and provider availability. We have arranged up to eight therapists working simultaneously at Bali Retreat Aruba; this is past experience, not a guarantee for every booking. Larger groups can also use consecutive appointments or separate sessions. For classes, the space determines capacity. Bali Retreat’s yoga pavilion is comfortable for about eight participants and fits a maximum of ten plus the instructor, tightly at full capacity. Contact us in advance for larger groups so we can coordinate equipment, providers and the schedule.

When should I be ready for the provider to arrive?

Massage and spa therapists normally arrive about 10–15 minutes before the appointment; yoga and Pilates instructors about 10 minutes early. Be reachable and provide the agreed access then. Setup and cleanup are outside the booked treatment or class duration. Providers also need a little time to pack afterward. Arrival times are approximate; unusual setup or access delays need coordination.

Can I have several treatments one after another?

Yes. You may combine massage, facials, wraps, Foot & Scalp, manicure or pedicure. One appropriately qualified therapist can often deliver several services; specialist requests or simultaneous guests may need additional providers. We check the sequence, suitability, equipment and total duration, including setup and changeover. Sequential visits follow treatment blocks of up to four hours, required breaks and a maximum of eight treatment hours. Each selected treatment contributes to the price; custom additions need agreement.

Can our treatments be in different rooms, properties or on different days?

Contact us to coordinate the rooms, properties, dates and scheduling preferences. At one property, separate rooms or private areas can work if each provides suitable space. We can also check consecutive or simultaneous treatments, different dates and separate accommodations. Every arrangement depends on provider availability and confirmation; one online request has one property and one preferred start.

Can you help plan a celebration or combine spa with other services?

Yes. Our Aruba Your Way team can coordinate massage, spa, yoga or Pilates with private chef dining, breakfast or brunch, floating boards, photography, decorations, tours or transfers. Tell us the occasion, date, location, group size and preferences so we can check each provider, price and schedule. There is no fixed package price or automatic discount. Each service has its own availability, confirmation and cancellation terms unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed. Venue permissions, occupancy limits and house rules still apply; a wellness arrangement does not authorize a large party or commercial event at Bali Retreat.

Appointment day and aftercare

How will I recognize my provider?

We send the provider’s name and approved contact details before the visit; for same-day arrangements, these come with confirmation. At a villa, the provider arrives at the agreed entrance. At a hotel, follow the agreed lobby and access arrangements. If the arriving person does not match the arrangement, contact Aruba Your Way before proceeding.

Will the provider tidy up afterward?

Providers bring and take away their equipment, linens, robes and products, clear treatment-related waste and leave the room or outdoor area as they found it.

How do I raise a concern after my visit?

Email info@arubayourway.com or call, WhatsApp or SMS +1 305 424 8326 with your reference, appointment date and a brief description. We’ll arrange follow-up for treatment concerns, aftercare questions or property damage. Urgent medical symptoms need immediate medical help, not a support reply. Please do not send medical photos through the general form.
